Another tried and true, particularly for those of use who collect old
modular amps from junque s a noise source made from nothing than the gain of
a series of amplifiers strung together.  Then amplify the KTB input noise of
the first unit until you have what you need. Bandlimited to the amps BW, but
it's cheep!
