[time-nuts] LEA-5T Precision Timing GPS module

Hi:

u-blox has announced a precision timing module, but it's not going to be in 
production until 1Q09.  The preliminary data sheet was revised about a week 
ago.  It's the newest addition to the LEA-5 family of recievers.

The time pulse can be set between once every millisocond to 4 seconds.
USB2, UART and SPI interfaces.

The 15 ns number related to the 1 PPS seems to be saying they output the 
sawtooth error number but the user needs to make the correction.
30 ns RMS without the sawtooth correction.
