Depends how much of a hurry you are in to measure your freq.
A longer TC on the TBolt makes it have a lot less Phase noise 
and Freq noise  at low Tau and gate times under 100 seconds.
At longer times of 1000 sec + it does not make much difference 
The effect at 1 sec can be very significant but still go unnoticed to most.
Tom has plots showing some of the effects.
Where it really show up is at the sub ns phase noise at 1 sec gate times.
