The price was a bit above that, but still in the "good deal" range. I think

Considering the price (I assume about 100 USD or there abouts), taking
some time to repair the front-controls seems like still a good deal.
Applying some love and tender can be rewarding and ehm... you become
more intimate with the instrument.
