There is a little more than those 6 "primary reference clocks"
contributing to TAI/UTC. Checking with Circular T and associated data I
found much more clocks, even a R&S Rubidium clock contributing a little.
There is also hydrogen clocks that contribute.
So, the article isn't completely correct.
The lower uncertainty of the NPL clock is found in that material.
