Hi Glenn
I have an older TCXO made from NDK. used as direct replacement for Toyocom. My model is 5111, size 11,4 x 9.6 mm, smd, stability +\- 2.5 ppm, EFC input.you can find the data sheet here: http://islandlabs.eu/tcxo/tcxo_5100.pdf
