[time-nuts] FE-5680A sweep range setting

Hi

I am not at all sure that a mid setting on the VCXO is really the right thing to do. I’ve seen quite a few Rb’s from a number of manufacturers. They all seem to set up the sweep process so it sweeps fairly far low but not very far high. There are multiple quantum state transitions possible with a Rb. They may be trying to get the good one and avoid a near by bad one.
