I have had some luck sending inquiries to Furuno USA (who sent query to East Asia).

Last time I sent a query,
It was for a Furano GPS receiver used in an integrated timing receiver/outdoor antenna.
Received original Japanese spec sheet with some broken English translations.
Fortunately, schematic was included.
