I have repaired several with this problem.

If you want I'll contact you off list with the details and PIX.

Very basically:

Dig out potting (don't start until I send details!)
remove oven cylinder
rewind oven coil
add new thermistor if needed
install and wire new oven
measure temp and select matching value for the A11 resistor
