Oz and Bill also provided good information.
PolyPhaser is the generally-accepted gold standard for lightning
protection, and has many technical notes available.
Tisha Hayes has a big fat folder full of good stuff relating to
"Grounding Surge and Filtering" at her dropbox site, and another one
