[time-nuts] Atomic Clocks: It is important that they keep good time, Part 1

Mark since us poor folks don't have a patek. Would be great to hear one and
maybe see it running if possible. You could integrate that into Lady
Heather. There you go super accurate clock for the poor folk. :-)
