Hi, 
Can we consider that the phase data record obtained from a Divided Frequency source is equivalent to reducing resolution from the phase data record obtained from the undivided source ?
In such case the “effect of data resolution” discussion from following paper: http://www.leapsecond.com/pages/adev-avg/ would apply.
