[time-nuts] PPS clock module

I went thru this several years ago and ended up home brew with the following circuit:

For adjustment of time indication I added switches to run hours and minutes at 1 pps
rate and a switch to stop seconds. Some always on leds for colons to make it look
like a clock.
There are many other circuits out there but no complete commercial units.
