I have a 5370B TIC available, collecting dust in my garage.  It appears to work, at least it read off a 10 MHz source. 

I’d rather NOT deal with shipping, so if you live in the Boulder / Denver area contact me off this list.  

$175 to a good home, or any other interesting trade (but I really don’t need to collect more stuff).
