[time-nuts] Sulzer F3 or Model I?

Does anyone know anything about the Sulzer F3 filter (packaged in the
same cylindrical enclosure as the standards and power supplies) or the
Sulzer Model I phase detector?  I have one of each of these things and
would like to know more about them. A schematic would also be nice of
course, but so would any information about history or application.  I’ve
never gotten around to poking inside of either unit.
