Most of the pads are the same - if you aren't using the SPI interface you
should be able to drop the M8T into
a board that was designed for the 5T or 6T.  If the board has the antenna
monitor circuit, it can be omitted
since the M8T doesn't need it and the corresponding pin on the module is
now N/C - retaining it is
harmless though.  There will probably be no connection for the timepulse2
output since it was previously reserved.
