Greg,

The flat glass is about 1.6 mm think (likely 1/16th inch). This 
dimension isn't critical.

The diameter is 336 mm, not a mm more. 335 or 334 would also work, but 
not less than that.

I have an extra glass piece from tear-downs. Yours if you want it.
