[time-nuts] Rapco 1804M manual and Control Mode Access ?

Hi

Normally a date roll over bug is a non-fixable item in these older
devices. The basic GPS modules simply did not start to have the
“smarts” to handle this until at least a decade after they went out
of production. 

Simple answer is to leave it as is and just use the frequency output. 
If you need time, get a $10 USB GPS “stick” …. way cheaper than 
hacking a working device.
