[time-nuts] Is this a standard form factor for timing GPS?

Sometime ago I came across this PCB with the ZED-F9T GPS module:

Then I saw this one in Ebay with the LEA-M8T:

Noticing how similar they are I started to wonder if this is a standatd 
form factor i'm not aware of. Does anybody here know anything about it? 
(Do they have the same pinout?)
