Hi Paul,

I read "dropping 24 to 19v" completely the wrong way, as in "dropping 
anywhere from 19 to 24 volts (depending on other circuit parameters)."

When of course what you meant was "dropping *from* 24 volts to 19 
volts," i.e., "dropping 5v."

Duh.
