The R-390 (or 390A) are not what might be termed lightweight <grin>.
(about 40kg, I believe)
IF you're looking for 10 MHz leakage, one of those cheap $20 shortwave
receivers would work. Amazon has quite a few - I think the "slide rule"
dial might not be the best here, you might want to get one with a LCD
display to read the frequency. One that can receive SSB (or has a BFO)
will make it easier, because you can hear the beat note change as you
tune past the carrier.
Of late, I've found the little $50 TinySA quite handy for this kind of
thing - can't use it to demodulate to audio, but you can sure see all
the emissions from switchers, etc.
