I have 3 WWVB AM clocks that did not update DST overnight last night but one that did and two BPSK clocks that did. Par for the course. The BPSK clocks always set correctly within 10 minutes any time of day.I moved the clocks that did not update into the garage out from under the aluminum coated thermal barrier attic insulation; they will update overnight tonight.I'm in Southern California.
