You're on the money, but likely for the wrong reason.

Today at 22mins past 2 is known as 'Richie Benaud day'.  Benaud was a
well-known and loved Aussy cricket commentator who died in 2015.  While
exceptional at playing and a brilliant commentator, he unfortunately had a
minor speech defect which manifested in his inability to pronounce the word
'two'  (as in 'the score is 2 for 22').  It soon became a trademark of his
style and wit.
