You can get a good calibration on your antenna with a low cost GPS receiver.  
Lady Heather talks to almost anything and makes a nice plot of the sat 
position and S/N.

Keep in mind that the older recycled GPSDOs have an older GPS receiver inside 
them and modern receivers are a lot!! more sensitive.
