[time-nuts] Quick FE5680A Utility

Hello All,

I recently got a 3rd or 4th hand FE5680A and found it was in need of calibration and went searching for tools. It seemed to me in my searching that the tools were either no longer available, or were older DOS utils. Though it’s entirely possible I missed some.

I ended up putting together a quick tool in Python to read out or set/save offset values via the serial port. Hopefully someone finds it of use. https://github.com/nigelvh/FE5680A
