The GOES timing service went off the air almost 20 years ago. An extremely informative article:

The old Truetime receivers are still found on eBay now and then. Some people buy them just to re-purpose the 1U case and attractive plasma digital display. The display tubes are sometimes discussed over on the Neon / Nixie mailing list
