Given all the issue (power supply, receiver, OCXO) … It’s probably a lot cheaper to simply replace the 3801 with one of the more modern OEM / surplus modules. There are various versions that typically show up in the sub $150 range (delivered). No, that’s not to say you *must* do that. It’s just something to think about before the buying frenzy gets underway.
