[volt-nuts] HP 419 & Fluke 845

My Fluke manual says NE-2U.  Another place says A9A-1 (which is a NE-2E)

Somebody built a digital clock that used only neon lamps for the logic.  To get it to work reliably,  he had to "bias" the thing by shining a blue LED on it...  wish I could find the link...  'twas rather neat.
