An Optimation CS-110 by any chance?  I picked one up on EBay - seems very well
made.  I can't say I have found a lot of use for it, but it is handy for
checking the AC (and DC) ammeter functions on some of my meters.

Any chance you have a source for the non-standard 3 prong power connector on the
back?  My unit has a male 3 prong connector recessed into the back panel.  Two
prongs are ~ .615" center to center.  The third pin is centered between them
horizontally and offset vertically by ~ .08" (difficult to measure).  Each prong
is ~ .122" in diameter.
