[volt-nuts] Fluke zener reference by Siemens

I helped a friend to repair an old Fluke DC calibrator. Surprisingly
the "Fluke zener reference amp" was manufactured by Siemens, not
Motorola. Datacode 1974. The capacitors were also European Philips.
