[volt-nuts] Vref for Fluke

Hi Mike -- my old 332, since sold, had an ovenized version of the combo transistor and Zener. Myself, I would use a 399 and put a little box of foam or cardboard around it. Put a little U-bend in the 399's legs for strain relief.
