[volt-nuts] Datron 1281 calibration enable key

I did the same for my Datron 4700 and Valhalla 2724a. I took a picture of that ebay listing to the locksmith for a laugh. The lock on the 4700 came out easily once the outer threaded cap of the lock was removed.
