 NPL i.e.
 the UK national lab, are also surprising flexible and cheap.
 Looking at their schedule for '15/'16 (the one I
 happen to have to hand) they had 10K ohm cal 30-Nov-15 to
 11-Jan-16 @ £510. They also had voltage cal October and
 March at ~£420.
