[time-nuts] Racal-Dana tactile switches

I had the same dead button problem with the Racal 1992
counter. Tactile switches, manufactured by Alps, are sold on mouser(dot)com.
I used the 9.5 mm actuator (mouser part number 688-SKHHPP, SKHHPPA010,
6.0x6.0x9.5mm 160gf). The actuator is slightly recessed from the front
panel. The longer (13 mm) actuator is also on Mouser, part number 688-SKHHDU.
