[time-nuts] Rare HP clock

I have worked on these and the electronics is almost always working, or
easily repaired.
The mechanical can cause problems depending on how much "time" it has on
the clock mechanics.
No XTAL in these as the drive is external.
The case is hermetic and has dessicant inside.
