[time-nuts] WWVB anomoly yesterday?

Anyone out there monitoring WWVB? I noticed a strange anomaly that
started at about 1730UTC on Monday and resolved at around 0730UTC today
(Tuesday). My ntp offset went from their normal levels (a nominal
offset of about 2ms) to about -17 to -22ms with a lot of jitter, all
showing as downward noise (increased negative offset) from the baseline.

An independent time interval measurement between GPS and WWVB shows that
the problem wasn't in the ntp computer. During this time, my
Spectracom receivers indicated normal lock and no sign of problems.

You can see what happened at http://www.febo.com/stats/ntp; scroll down
through the graphs to see the current day and two prior days of data.

Just curious if this was local to me, or something that anyone else
noticed. The WWVB web page doesn't show any outage, though they may not
have updated the page yet.

John
