[time-nuts] PRS10 Confirm Proper Operation?

I'm running the RbMon program from SRS and all the entries are black.  I seem to remember that if threr's a problem they will change color.

The first DS value is jumping all over the place i.e. 400, -289, 64 but the second value is around 680 to 700.  Is that OK?
