[time-nuts] Where does the Z3801A 1 PPS come from?

Hi Tom:

Does the PRS10 work in a similar way?
I have the Phase Lock Time Constant (PT)  value set to 14 which gives an 
18 hour natural time constant which Stanford Research said would be best 
for GPS steering.
