Shouldn't the below mentioned counter be displaying 10000000.00000hz
when its measuring its own 10 mhz reference.

All of my 9 counters, racal 1996, hp 5334 a's & b's, fluke 1936, hp
5335a etc will all show .0000hz when measuring there own internal
reference. We all know why.

But it the stanford research counters different of is the sellers item
flakey?
