Hi all,
the Prologix GPIB-USB converter is descrived here http://prologix.biz/gpibusb
and may be bought from http://www.sparkfun.com/shop/index.php?shop=1&itemid=500
It's nice and works as described. It has no LabView driver (at least by now).
It is a bare board, without any casing, and lacks the usual two
screws that lock GPIB connectors.
Nice for experimenting, not so fine for a professional use ... a bare
board is too delicate, IMHO.
