[time-nuts] Best GPS 1PPS Accuracy

I use TAC32 Plus with my Motorola M12+ receiver.  You can set TRAIM 
between 250 to 1000 nanoseconds.  Default is 500 nS.  I have had mine 
set at 250 nS for years and have not noticed any problems - but, that is 
a somewhat wide window.
