[time-nuts] Time stability analysis software

Gentlemen,

from time to time this newsgroup covers questions for software to
perform time stability analysis with, like computing Allan deviation and
related stuff. I have written a WINDOWS based utility to create nice
looking sigma-tau-diagrams for commonly used statistical measures from
raw ascii data. In case you are interested, you may download it from my

It is freeware that i put in the domain of the time nuts community all
