[time-nuts] Rain, Water, etc

I had to look for that info:
Here we go, this chart 
http://www.met.utah.edu/jhorel/html/wx/climate/normrain.html says 
Pensacola (40 miles to my west) gets 62 inches annualy.
Surprisingly (to me), the land record (excluding the Pacific islands) 
goes to Yakuta, AK with  151"!!!
No GPS controlled time base there...
