Hi  Jacques,
If you think that is old and large, you should have a look at my FRK's
:-)
I don't know the unit, but from the photo's it was made in 1995. There
is a date on the white symmetricon label and a number of chips have
early nineties date codes. 
It looks like it was an OEM unit specially shaped to fit in a particular
piece of equipment. 
While it's nice to know what the accuracy / stability specifications
were, it's more interesting to measure what they are now. Specifications
don't change much between typical OEM Rb's, take your pick of the
specification of a mid nineties unit and you won't be far off.
