[time-nuts] Shera Board GPS Working!

Something to do with the EFC circuit. James gave me an alternate way to wire
it, so I made the changes and like magic it started working.

I got a reply from Brooks about the ASCII output initially being output
every second (instead of every 30 seconds), and well, here's the copy:

------
The once per second ASCII output suggests you were getting many 1 pps pulses
at a time due to noise or too much gain or reflections or whatever on the 1
pps input line. As you suggest this does explain the low phase reading.
------

I don't know, maybe my 5 MHz was leaking into my PPS line or something? I'm
just happy it is working now. I haven't had a chance yet to grab the log
from my bsd box and crunch the numbers yet, but last night everything was
looking pretty good @ Mode 3.
