[time-nuts] Cycle jumps in Z3801A PPS?

I cannot say what is happening with the second unit.

I have one, that started jumping like yours.  I did not see anything 
wrong with it.  I recycled the power and it came back OK and has now run 
nonstop for 4 months.....
