[time-nuts] Galileo funding (bailout)

I think this is "running it up the flag pole to see who salutes".  In 
particular the yahoo article avers there IS a bailout.  It is clear from 
what I have read that high level people are SUGGESTING a bail out.

My money is still on: "It will never happen".
