I've just got this message (in french) about CHU
Canada @ 7.335 MHz:

Nous avons eu la permission du CRTC de renouveler
notre licence sans aucun change à la fréquence ou le
mode d'opération. Alors les opérations sur les trois
fréquences continuerons comme avant.

In clear, it says that the CNRC (The "Canadian NIST")
has the prmission from the CRTC to renew the CHU 
licence on 7.335 MHz without any frequency change.
