See link http://www.meinberg.de/english/sw/ntp.htm where Meinberg state:-

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are using the "fluxcap" version, please update to
fluxcap-v2 as soon as possible. The fluxcap-v2 version includes an important
bugfix for a memory leak.

If you have any questions or feedback regarding the Meinberg Windows
Installer for NTP, please send your mail to ntp-support at meinberg.de.
Software ntp-4.2.0a at mbg-fluxcap-v2-o-win32-setup.exe

You might want to give this version a try. This is the version I'm using.

I'm using this version: ntp-4.2.0b at 1.1436mbg-xmas-o-win32-setup.exe (Ignore
the hyperlink. Outlook Express insists on thinking this is an email address,
because of the @ symbol.)

Restarting the NTP service on that PC has fixed the problem for now. That PC
has been running continuously since 17 March. I only noticed the time
difference yesterday. I'll keep an eye on things to see if it reoccurs.

Have been using the Meinberg version 0.9l for some time now without problem
on two XP based laptops over a wireless router to internet. What version are
you using? I know there were bugs in earlier releases.
