For anyone with interest in C-Max's Time Receiver products,
my Sales Rep. for C-Max forwarded this message
from their boss yesterday:

"C-Max filed Chapter 11. Do not sell any longer!!"

Both sites look exactly the same to me.

DigiKey still has some modules, and loop sticks
in stock.  I'd get them before they are gone
if you need them.  I have no way of knowing if there
will be any more in the future.
